A. Conduct:

#1. You will treat all players with respect and will refrain from griefing ANY other Horde player. Please also either play along or ignore roleplayers, they are having fun so don't insult them. If you have a problem with a guild member deal with them directly. The officers are not your babysitters.

#2. Don't Be a moron: In a large guild we all represent each other by carrying the title [Black Blades]. Therefore we all are equally responsible for both our own and our guild's reputation. You have all seen someone being a jerk and said to yourselves "I hope everyone in that guild isn't like that", which is the statement we are going to avoid in our guild.

#3. Please do low cost trades with other guild members, if you don't need it and they do it will help the team. We can ALL get what we need this way. Also If any guild member provides the cost or materials for an item please help them by making it if you can.

#4. Our primary means of communication is Ventirllo. When you log  into the game PLEASE join the Vent server which is to be used for our  general guild chat, even with no mic it greatly speeds up dungeons and raids as well as allowing everyone to learn who all there guild mates are. Please use our forums for all out of game contact

B. Raiding:

How to get a raid invite:
10 minutes before the raid begins, all members who are signed up will get an invite. It will automatically invite everyone who is signed up every 2 mins. 1 spot will be saved for tryouts.

#1. Being able to come to raids FULLY prepared - this includes potions, knowledge of the fights, or whatever else might be needed, including combat consumables. We will cover food and flasks. If you do not help people farm when requested you will be charged for flasks.

#2. Be on time to (and able to stay for the entirety) of the raid. We expect you to show up to 75% of your raids.

#3. Vent is a must!

#4. Maintain a positive attitude. If you have a complaint about a person make it specific. If you have a complaint about a strategy suggest a new option.

#5. There will be a 10 min break at the end of every hour. You will not for any non-emergency reason go AFK other then that. This is 30 mins downtime for every 4 hour raid, there is no excuse to have more downtime then that.

#6. If you have to leave you will find a replacement for yourself.

#7. You will have read the strategy page on our forums for any encounter you will doing.

#8. Anyone who can decurse will help to do so, and download decursive if they have problems.

#9. You will have DBM and any other required mods / gear for the encounter.

C. Characters:

#1. Max out two professions: Every one provides a buff that is useful for raids and even if you are #1 on the meters you could be better with maxed professions.

#2. Get all the reasonable non-raid gear that is an upgrade. It only takes a week or so to get gear for raid encounters, especially with the new Looking for Raid system.

#3. Get all the rep enchants that you need.

#4. Gems and Enchants: High quality gems are affordable from a few day's of daily's. Non-Crystal enchants you can get the mats from greens you pick up. Crystals will be provided from the guild bank.

#5. Spec: You may be asked to change your spec for the good of the raid, discuss with your raid leader how you can fit in the talents that are needed. Please use the Suggested Specs , or help us keep the list up to date.

#6. Duel Spec: If you can get at least one ranged spec do it. Melee is not good in many fights.

D. Guild Bank:

#1. All guild members of BlackBlade Rank or higher will be given free repairs.

#2.Non upgrade BOE's will be sold off on the AH or to guild members for 10% less then the AH prices. This money will be used for the following (value's subject to change with inflation / deflation)
