Welcome to the BlackBlades guild site. If you are looking at this thread you are probably thinking about applying for a spot in our guild. 

We are a small guild who have quickly cleared our way through all the normal mode content blizzard has released. We are currently clearing 11 bosses in hard mode ICC.
We are a small primarily morning hours guild for people who cannot raid during peak Times. Many of our members live in Afghanistan, South America and Australia so we have off-peak Schedules.

We are looking for experienced players who are willing to work as a team and do what is needed for the guild.
Our current raid times are:
Friday 5pm-9pm Server
Saturday 8am - 12pm Server
Sunday 8am - 12pm Server


What we are expecting from players: 

- Being able to come to raids FULLY prepared - this includes food, reagents, or whatever else might be needed, including combat consumables. We provide FREE repairs and flasks to our members that are at "Raider" rank, or higher during raids to free up more time for other activities.

- Be ontime to (and able to stay for the entirety) of the raid. We expect you to show up at least twice a week.

- Vent is a must!

You should consider applying if:
1) You are a team player. Communicate with your fellow raid members if you have a suggestion. Be willing to go the extra mile in order to get the job done. We are not looking for people who top the meters, but people that do what is needed of them.

2) You are able to handle constructive criticism. Some of our officers are experts in several classes. If there's room for improvement, you may hear from them.

3) You understand your class, and want to be the best at what you do. We are very competitive players, and do not like playing with people who do not want to push themselves to the limit in terms of player capability.

4) You have a very good sense of humor and are not easily offended. We are here to have a good time, and although things are kept under control we like people who joke and can enjoy themselves.
