To all our guildmates:
My predictions of november 2nd for cataclysm have been unfortunately wrong, and blizzard has hinted at a December 7th release date. In addition they have moved the flexible raid lockout system to the 4.01 patch and with it have removed the ability for you to do both 10 man hardmodes and 25 man ICC in the same week. This provide three major issues within the guild.

#1. ICC 10 Hard modes:
If you are peon rank or higher you are no longer allowed to do ICC10 hard modes that are not scheduled by Kilzoth. No exceptions. Doing these will prevent you from being able to raid ICC25 with the guild.

#2. Raid burnout:

The Problem

The problem. With two more months to raid, we risk burnout from many people, but boredom from those who wish to continue raiding. There is 2 outcomes

People who want to raid get pissed and leave
People who don't want to raid get burned out and leave

Current Schedule

Continue raiding ICC25 until we get shadowmourne
Focus on LK25 and distribute vanity items
Break up those who wish to raid into ICC10HM Drake groups
Those who don't want to raid, take a break until cata

Work on ICC25 hard modes
Work on ICC10 hard modes
Work on Yogg-saron+0
Do guild PvP
Run special events
If released in 4.0X we can do Guild leveling

I need your thoughts and input so we can make informed decisions about how to continue on with minimal losses.
