So I have been looking at the guild bank and making changes to it (it has been completely overhauled from what it used to be!), as well as keeping an entire workbook of what has been going into and out of the bank for the raiding week. After 3 days of raiding with 2 groups I have compiled a preliminarty list of what the guild bank has used in terms of mats just for raids. This does not include the gems or enchanting mats we have ussed for new gears and such, that list will be coming out shortly, after we get a few more weeks of information under our belts.
This weekend we have used 540 fish for feasts. This is 180 of each Lavascale Catfish, Highland Guppy and Fathom Eel.
We used 247 Potions. These are Volcanic, Golembloo, Tol'Vir and Mythical Mana.
We used 40 Flasks, 10 of each Draconic Mind, Titanic Strength, Steelskinn and Winds flasks.
We used 80 Deathblood Venom.
While this seems like a LOT of materials, keep in mind we are expecting everyone in the raid groups to donate to the guild bank to keep all of the costs of these items to nothing. If 20 people help out, the time spent is very little.
