I have to warn you, this is a mighty wall of text. The information was pooled from multiple sites along with some of my personal insights based on experience. Feel free to chime in if you think I need to correct anything or wish to add your own experience and insights.
TG stats priority is as follows:
Hit 8% > STR > Mainhand Exp 26 > Crit > Hit > Mastery > Haste
Once you are full BiS (ilvl 392+) the priority changes to
TG: Hit 8% > STR > Mainhand Exp 26 > Crit > Mastery >= Hit > Haste
The above priority would apply when in complete BiS and are roughly over 12% hit for the rage generation to sustain a rotation. As the item level increases, the effectiveness of Mastery also increases. This is due to the higher stat budgeting of secondary stat ratings, meaning higher Crit, Hit, Mastery etc. and at that point of around 395 ilvl, Mastery eclipses Hit Rating (Above 12%) in that regards but just barely. With the higher Weapon Damage in these higher ilvl weapons, the effectiveness of Raging Blow will increase as well due to how it is tied to Weapon Damage & Mastery.
Single target rotation for TG:
BT>(Filler)>BT>(Filler)>BT>
There's always going to be a Bloodthirst>(Filler)>Bloodthirst>(Filler) rotation constantly. (Filler) being either Colossus Smash, Raging Blow, Slam procs or Battle Shout
Fillers are: CS > RB > Slam (on proc) > Battle Shout.
Every CS you'll want to aim for BT/RB/BT during its duration, if rage allows weave in Heroic Strike. You only really want to use HS around ~60 or more rage, or when you know large amounts of damage is coming and rage will be high. Use Battle Shout during fillers when nothing else is up. Use Berserker Rage for more rage, or for up time on RB.
Your opening rotation use BT before CS. This allows for full use of any procs/rage for the first CS rotation. If you run in and start with CS>BT>RB>BT, you have more chance that procs won't be fully utilized, and a bad miss streak can wreck your starter rotation and rage. Using BT first allows for more consistency. Waiting for an extra swing for rage to use an ability is a DPS loss. Use your fillers!
Execution (sub 20%) Rotation:
Execute x5 for Executioner then
back to normal rotation as per before, weaving in executes to keep executioner refreshed.
You don't want to sit there spamming execute only on the boss at the sub 20% as it is considered a Rage Dump ability. If you do not weave in your normal rotation after the 5 stacks of executioner applied from execution you will find your dps start to drop along with your rage.
AOE DPS:
Spam WW/Cleave and nothing else and it proves the strongest DPS. Weaving BT/RB/CS when rage allows - but prioritizing Cleave/WW when multiple targets are up (3+). As for 2 mobs, simply trade HS with cleave. Use Heroic Leap on cooldown if it's not needed for another situation.
